"These business cards have been very
effective for me. I use them as a mini sales letter.
I give them to everyone, and leave them at the local restaurants,
hardware stores, car wash, stores and any other place I can
leave a stack. They're cheaper than direct mail, at about
21 cents a piece. That is cheaper than a stamp, and these orange
cards get opened!
They also have staying power. I can't count how many
times I was at someone's office, and there is my orange card in
their rolodex, or in one of the drawers, and even in peoples
wallets...
I get calls from people who say, they picked up
my card at the hardware store, or the car wash, and they wanted
more information. Then I usually send them my special
report, "Subject-To, How to sell your house in 7 days"
Investors ask me all the time, "what do you do to get
sellers to call you?". I do mainly 2 things to get
the sellers to call me. I use street signs, and these
orange folding business cards... They work!"
