A disgruntled tenant sued me and I lost all my properties one by one. Isn't this system just "flipping"? Isn't that illegal?
I don't flip houses. I wholesale them. Furthermore, I teach my students to remove the term flipping from their vocabulary. The term "flipping" is used in the context by some media sources can be confused with techniques and methods that involve collusion and fraud. Rigging appraisals, lying to lenders and other fraud. Those techniques are illegal, and frankly unnecessary. It has been my experience that those investors that must rely on these tactics are incompetent to begin with.
