I successfully bought several million dollars worth of houses. I had 43
properties. On paper I was a millionaire. In reality, I owed a total of over
four million dollars to several different banks. However, the tenants were

I Lost Them All
A disgruntled tenant sued me and I lost
all my properties one by one. It was like watching a line of dominos
falling, each one falling and knocking down the next one (I felt like they
were falling on me) One by one, they fell. One by one, I saw the bank take

front of me. I almost lost my house. I almost lost my marriage. I almost

Isn't this system just "flipping"?
Isn't that illegal?
I don't flip houses. I wholesale them. Furthermore, I teach my students to
remove the term flipping from their vocabulary. The term "flipping" is used
in the context by some media sources can be confused with techniques and
methods that involve collusion and fraud. Rigging appraisals, lying to
lenders and other fraud. Those techniques are illegal, and frankly
unnecessary. It has been my experience that those investors that must rely
on these tactics are incompetent to begin with. You see, when you are well
trained after studying my system, you will simply find the best deals and
sell them for a profit. There is nothing illegal, immoral or unethical about
that. You can rest assured that in using my system you will operate 100%
