In 2002 RealEstatePromo.com was
formed with the goal in mind to
provide investors with a single
source that provides:

To this very day we've continued
to grow our offerings for the
benefit of the real estate
investing community. Today we're
proud to offer live weekly
trainings, an enormous library
of videos, essential forms and
contracts that every investor
needs, along with a website that
is easy to maintain, yet gives
you a great deal of flexibility
and customization for an

Real Estate Promo is run by
Mike Jacka and
Ryan Johnson, both
of whom share a fiery passion
for real estate investing,
education, and the quality of
the online real estate
community.
We are also MnREIA!
Mike Jacka is actually the
Founder, President, and House
Speaker of our beloved MnREIA (a.k.a
Minnesota Real Estate Investors
Assocation) and has nearly two
decades of real estate investing
experience. Today we host
the largest REIA in the Midwest
with just about 400 active
members who are seizing the
opportunity of today's market!
Ryan Johnson has been with Real
Estate Promo and MnREIA since
the spring of 2008 with years of
marketing, design, and small
business experience under his
belt. Naturally he fell in
love with the world of real
estate investing and has been
using his talents to develop
both organizations to fit the
needs of today's active
investor.
While both Mike and Ryan each
bring a whole range of skill
sets to the table they both
share the same the same ideal to
the real estate investor
