The existing house is vacant with the inside down to the studs. A previous owner built the house on the intersection of the 3 plots. My original exit strategy was to scrape the house, replat, then construct 4 new build-to-rent houses, each with 4 br, to rent to the nearby students. I worked with the KCMO on the replat, which they have conditionally approved pending completion of the demo/scrape and conducting a stormwater survey.
I can no longer complete this project due to a major life event, which requires me to relocate to Central Florida.
