all repaired/replaced doors, new light switches/outlets and new covers, GFI's in
all bathrooms and kitchen, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors installed to code,
2 ceiling fans/lights for family/living room and one bedroom, install new
baseboards and window trim where needed, patch holes/cracks in sheetrock
where needed and final cleaning after rehab project is completed.
